hat are the shipping costs?
Products purchased from LIGHT CORE DESIGN SRL are delivered anywhere in Romania. You can find delivery cost information during checkout, in My Cart, when finalising your order. It is determined by the weight and volume of each product and by the total weight of the products in your cart. Each order carries a single delivery cost, based on the total weight and size of the products ordered.
Where is my order delivered?
Parcels are delivered to your door by a courier company. Products are delivered to the address you provide, at the delivery cost shown before checkout. If the parcel or its packaging is visibly damaged, please check the contents together with the courier and have the result recorded in an official report drawn up by them.
NOTE: LIGHT CORE DESIGN does not deliver outside Romania.
What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
No problem. If you already know when ordering that you will not be at home, you can ask for the parcel to be delivered to a different address.
Can the order be delivered to a different address?
Of course — you can have your order delivered to another address, no problem! Changes can be made up to the moment the payment is processed.
Do I pay the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer, except when the product is faulty and the complaint is made within 24 hours of receipt.
Products on promotional offer, resealed products and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is per product and is shown next to each item.
Other important delivery notes:
- for online card payments, delivery starts as soon as the payment is processed;
- for payment order / bank transfer, delivery starts on the first working day after LIGHT CORE DESIGN receives the payment. Payments are processed at the earliest on the second working day after the transfer. The delivery time runs from the moment the payment is processed.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, except public holidays.
